GUIDE TO THE COLLECTION

This guide has been prepared to enable you to choose informatively from the selection of Malay and Indonesian texts. The books are suitable for self-study, and for courses at upper secondary school, TAFE and University.

The estimate of hours has been done on the following basis. For self-study, students would have to work on their own for the total amount of hours shown. For language classes, one hour of classroom instruction is seen as generating two hours of home study. In this situation, a student studying for 40 hours in class is expected to spend 80 hours studying at home, making a total of 120 hours.
